Every founder of American Healthcare Coordination has walked this path personally. We've been the long-distance caregiver on the phone at midnight, trying to understand a discharge summary. We've sat in hospital waiting rooms in another state, juggling work emails while wondering if we asked the right questions. We've navigated Medicare enrollment and Medicaid navigation, fought insurance denials, and coordinated between siblings who couldn't agree on elderly parent care.
The healthcare system isn't designed for families managing elderly parent care from out of state.
